From a background of construction to co-directing a successful employment agency CLS was established in 1999 by Mr David Leighton. Our offices are ideally located in the heart of West Yorkshire with easy access to all major motoring networks.
Backed by key office personnel with over 53 years combined experience in the construction industry, we have grown to become one of the leading companies in our area in our field.

July 1999 - July 2009. CLS is 10 years old, so we would like to thank our clients for their ongoing support over the past decade. In this time we have seen many competitors come and go, yet we are still here and going from strength to strength despite the difficult times.

Excellent Survey Results
