Our Mission Statement

Construction Labour Solutions (UK) Ltd or more commonly known to our customers as CLS.

CLS (UK) Limited is a recruitment agency based in the UK specialising in the construction industry.

We provide Global Cover with Local People.

We have been established for ten years but our core management staff have experience in this field for more than 53 years. We are registered with the Construction Industry Training Board and have a rolling programme of training to ensure our personnel meet our Clients' requirements at all times.

In the past ten years we have supplied qualified personnel to the building and civil engineering sectors. Our extensive database includes:

Construction and civil staff from Foremen/Gangermen to Project Managers
CPCS Accredited Plant Operatives
CSCS Accredited General Operatives/Groundworkers and Trades

All our operatives receive information packs upon appointment, including timesheets, terms & conditions and payment details and are paid on a weekly basis direct into their bank account. Our staff are on hand 24 hours a day for both our Operatives and Clients for any queries/problems which may arise.

2009 has been as exciting year for CLS, not only are we celebrating our 10 year anniversary, we are also proud to announce our recent achievement of the Investors in People accreditation. Here at CLS we feel we have gone from strength to strength in this time. Some of our major achievements include: -

A preferred supplier for Amp 2, 3 & 4 (water contracts)
Supplier of major road contracts including the A1 Darrington to Dishforth and Wetherby Sections, the Scarborough Bypass and the A46 Newark to Widmerpool
Furthermore, we have been involved with schools, hospitals, housing, industrial buildings and jetty construction in the UK, the Falklands and Nigeria.

July 1999 - July 2009. CLS is 10 years old, so we would like to thank our clients for their ongoing support over the past decade. In this time we have seen many competitors come and go, yet we are still here and going from strength to strength despite the difficult times.

2008 - 2009 CITB Training Plan

The 2008 - 2009 CITB training plan is now underway, this will include: Cherry Picker / MEWPS, Manual Handling, Confined Spaces, etc.

Excellent Survey Results

From the start CLS have aimed to be famous for our service by going the extra mile. In a recent survey 98% expressed satisfaction with the service provided by CLS. Furthermore 100% indicated they intended to use our services again and would recommend us to others.
